Digital video optical transceiver is mainly used to transmit video signals. Users may have unclear images and snowflakes during use. This situation is mostly caused by excessive attenuation of optical fiber links or long front-end video cables by AC electromagnetic interference,

First, check whether the pigtail is excessively bent. If it is excessively bent, straighten it; Secondly, check whether the connection between the optical port and the flange of the terminal box is reliable, and whether the flange magnetic core is damaged; If there is no problem, check whether the optical port and pigtail are too dirty again. If they are too dirty, clean them with alcohol and cotton and insert them after they are dry;

Finally, check whether the video transmission line has objects that will cause electromagnetic interference. If so, remove the interference. It is also possible that there is no video signal at all. At this time, we will check according to the video indicator light of the optical transceiver. If the channel indicator light of the receiving end is on, check whether the video cable from the receiving end to the monitor or DVR and other terminal equipment is connected well, whether the video interface connection is loose or there is faulty soldering, etc.
